What are the metal parts?

Metal is a newly prepared, polished or crushed material with a shiny appearance and relatively good electrical and thermal conductivity. Metals are generally ductile or malleable. Metals can be chemical elements such as iron; alloys such as stainless steel; or molecular compounds such as polymeric sulfur nitride.

In physics, a metal is generally considered to be any substance that can conduct electricity at absolute zero temperature. Many elements and compounds that are not normally classified as metals become metals under high pressure. For example, non-metallic iodine gradually becomes a metal at pressures between 40 and 170,000 times atmospheric pressure. Likewise, some materials that are considered metals can become non-metals. For example, sodium becomes a nonmetal at almost 2 million times atmospheric pressure.
